Hello, I’m Denny Segal! Thanks for taking the time to visit my website. I’m a Mortgage Expert, and Owner of Dominion Lending Centres Origin working from my office in Vancouver.
A little about me:
1) One of the first 5 people hired by CIBC to begin their Mobile Sales Force in 1991 after a successful Banking career
2) Among top 2 Producers at CIBC for 5 consecutive years- either #1 or #2
3) Joined Canada Trust in 1996 which became TD Canada Trust in 1997
In 2006 I left TDCT to help form Origin- really want to help build a company that would help shape my legacy. The goal was to build a successful Mortgage Brokerage that had a true culture as opposed to simply being an amalgamater of bodies. We have succeeded in that regard. While I have continued to be recognized for Individual Mortgage Volumes (CMP Top 75) I am most proud of Origin’s recognition as one of the Top 50 Brokerages in Canada and amongst the top 10 in volume production.
I do not define myself by my success in the mortgage business. My greatest source of pride and accomplishment is my family. They are my definition of true wealth and I am extremely proud of our children, Dylan and Brittany and extremely grateful for Louise. Louise is the biggest factor in my success having been an excellent Teacher, Mother and, always, my biggest supporter. Without Louise’s support and encouragement, I would not be where I am today!
Regarding my expertise, as evidenced by the initial 4 points, I have over 25 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry. I have maintained recognizable volumes of personal mortgage business while mentoring people new to the industry. I have seen every possible type of financial profile and pride myself on my abilities to match each individual’s mortgage needs with the right mortgage product.
